Order Status & Shipping
How quick will my order ship?
We ship most orders the same day they are placed and provide a tracking number when the order is fulfilled. Over 80% of orders are delivered in 2-3 Days! Expedited option is available via Lalamove for only customers within Klang Valley, Malaysia. Please see our Shipping Policy prior to placing your order for more details.

How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery to West Malaysia usually takes about 1-4 working days. Whereas, delivery to East Malaysia will take about 7-10 workings days by air freight and about 21 working days by sea freight. For overseas orders, it might takes between 3-10 days, depending on custom clearance.
After your order is processed, we will email you a tracking number confirming the delivery date.
How is my order shipped?
We use local courier for all nationwide delivery and DHL eCommerce as our standard shipping service for all international shipping.
Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
No. There is strict no cancellation or refund policy for the order has been confirmed.
There is a problem with my order and/or some of my items were damaged in shipping. What do I do?
We guarantee to resolve any issue that may arise with an order. Please contact our Customer Service Team at +60 12 903 5234 to report the issue with as much detail as possible.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries that DHL eCommerce covers.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
We understand that plans can change. Please send us an email at sales@freesia.com.my as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address, and we will assist you accordingly. In the event the reschedule or change of address is a must, there'll be additional charged to be imposed.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, GrabPay and FPX. We do not accept purchase orders or offer payment terms.
